All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)
The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is the statutory body and a national-level council for technical education, under Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development. The AICTE accredits post graduate and graduate programs under specific categories at Indian institutions as per its charter.
Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)
The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) is the statutory body of government of India also called as central council constituted under the Pharmacy Act, 1948. The Council was first constituted on 4 March 1948. The Pharmacy Council of India is constituted by central government every five years. They are based in New Delhi which is linked to the Ministry of Health Services and Family welfare.
There are three types of objectives of the PCI.
To regulate the pharmacy education in the Country.
To allow the registration as a pharmacist under the pharmacy act.
To regulate the profession and practice of pharmacy.

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) (formerly UPTU) was established by the government of Uttar Pradesh, vide Act Amendment No. 1156(2) LXXIX-V-1-15 (Ka), 24-2015 dated Sept. 9, 2015 Uttar Pradesh Adhiniyam Sankhya 23 of 2000. Under the University Act, ‘Technical Education’ includes programmes of education, research and training in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Town Planning, Pharmacy, Applied Arts & Crafts and such other programmes and areas that the central Government may in consultation with All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) by notification in Gazette declare.
Board of Technical Education Uttar Pradesh (BTE UP)
Board of Technical Education Uttar Pradesh (BTE UP) is the board which provides technical education to students in Uttar Pradesh, India. It was set up in May 1958 as ‘State Board Of Technical Education and Training’, the name was changed to ‘Board of Technical Education’ in 1962. The board offers around 60 course of One year, Two year, Three year & Four year and different disciplines. There are over 30 trades offered in group a such as like Pharmacy, Computer Science, IT, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobiles and Civil.

Dear Parents and Students, It is a matter of pleasure to introduce to Shivbali Singh College of Pharmacy,Malwan,Fatehpur a reputed Pharmacy College functioning under aegis of Gram Shiksha Sewa Sansthan. Shivbali Singh College of Pharmacy, affiliated with Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical Univesity (AKTU), also known as a State Technological University situated in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Apart from this Institution have all necessary approval and affilations of governing bodies VIZ. Pharmacy Council of India and AICTE, New Delhi, AKTU and Board of Technical Education,Lucknow respectively for running the Pharmacy Courses and Curriculum. Shiv Bali Singh College of Pharmacy started B.Pharm and D.Pharm course in 2018. The students are taught in an excellent learning environment which is an utmost trait to nurture the student to become a good citizen and a pharmacist to serve the society. The college has well furnished requisites laboratories, class rooms, as well as modern class room, and library in general and Central Instrumentation Laboratory in specific comprises of number of sophisticated instruments for fostering research and development activities. Apart from curriculum, we have focused on development of inter personal skill of students through arranging various lectures, seminars of eminent personalities of Pharmaceutical Industries and academia. For strengthening of such advances, we have insight on development of Industry-Academic Interaction cell for budding pharmacist to nurture them as a Pharma Technopreneurs, Researchers and Academia. Eventually our efforts foresee to build prestigious alumni in order to spread across the length and the breadth of the country to serving pharmaceutical academic and industrial arena with proving their mettle.
